Located in the castle’s ancient vaulted cellar, revealed during restoration, Le Segrete is Castel Hörtenberg’s fine-dining restaurant. The chef's contemporary cuisine takes shape in an intimate setting and tells the story of the local area via Alpine techniques, creativity and culinary heritage.
